从已建立的天山雪莲抗寒cDNA文库中筛选克隆了雪莲的PsbO基因,发现该基因全长1145bp,编码329个氨基酸。通过构建原核表达载体在大肠杆菌中成功获得表达,同时构建了植物表达载体,转化烟草,并获得了部分转基因植株。
