摘 要:特岗教师稳定性始终是“特岗计划”实施中需要考虑的重要问题。在乡村劳动力不断涌向城市的背景下,大多数特岗教师依然坚守在乡村学校的讲台。在运用田野调查法、采集“局内人”经历的基础上,运用布迪厄的“场域-资本-惯习”理论框架对特岗教师留任因素进行全面剖析。研究发现:特岗教师留任与乡村场域中的领导、同事、学生、亲属等行动者群体存在密切关系;“资本”因素中,经济资本的“相对可观”和“编制、职称”等文化资本优势以及“家庭社会资本”的影响更显著;“惯习”因素中,职业期待、求职弱势心理、“求稳倾向”影响更为突出。最后,从上述理论视角为改进特岗教师政策提出相应建议。The stability of special post teachers is always an important issue to be considered in the implementation of“special post plan”.In the background of rural labor flowing to the city,most of the special post teachers still stick to the rural school platform.On the basis of field investigation and collection of“insider”experience,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors of teacher retention in special post by using Bourdieu’s“field-capital-habitus”theoretical framework.It finds that there is a close relationship between teacher retention in special post and the group of actors such as leaders,colleagues,students and relatives in rural field.Among the“capital”factors,the“relatively considerable”economic capital,cultural capital advantages of“authorized strength and title”and“family social capital”have more significant influence.Among the“habitus”factors,the career expectation,the weak psychology of job hunting and the“tendency to seek stability”have more prominent influence.Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward from three theoretical perspectives to improve the special post teacher policy.
