摘  要:基于地方高校的教师教育目标与教育学课程的特性,针对教育学理论脱离农村基础教育教师实际的突出问题,以促进农村教师专业发展为实践取向,进行教育学教材内容和教学方法改革,从中探索教育学理论与农村教师专业发展实际紧密结合的新路子,构建教育学教学结合农村教师专业发展实际开展职前培养与在职培训一体化的新模式。同时,提出教育学改革的这一实践取向,要适应拓展农村教师培养方向和提升培养层次的新需求。On the basis of the educational goals of local universities and the characteristics of pedagogical course,the author,taking the promotion of the professional development of rural teachers as his practice orientation,carries out the reform of teaching materials and approaches to solve the problem that pedagogical theories are separated from the fact which the teachers in elementary schools are facing.He also explores a new way to combine the pedagogical theories with the professional development of rural teachers and constructs a new integrative mode for pre-service and in-service training.Meanwhile,he points out that the practice orientation of the pedagogical reform should meet the needs of developing the rural teacher cultivation and raising their training level.
