摘　　要：随着计算机技术的迅速发展,面向非计算机专业计算机基础教学的改革是每一个高等学校面临的主要问题之一.从教学思想、教学方法、教学方式等方面提出了一些具体的方法和建议,强调实践课程教学,充分利用网络和多媒体技术来改革教学手段,提高教学效果.Along with the rapid development of computer technology the , facing the students of the non-computer speciality, the computer foundation teaching reform is one of main questions which each college faces. This article proposed some concrete methods and suggestion from teaching thought, teaching method, teaching mode and so on, emphasized practice teaching, and we reformed the teaching mode with the network and the multimedia technologies to enhance the teaching effect.
