摘　　要：与沿海发达地区相比 ,以及从玉溪市人民群众的教育需求来看 ,玉溪市高中阶段的教育资源是短缺的 ,供求矛盾是突出的。我们在发展和普及玉溪高中阶段教育的时候 ,一定要改变观念和制定切实可行的政策 ,以打破制约玉溪市高中阶段教育的瓶颈 ;一定要注意处理好高中教育发展在地方社会经济发展中的战略优先地位与在整个教育中基础地位的关系 ,要进一步明确省、市、县各级政府及社会各界在高中教育发展中的职责与成本分担。Both in comparison with the coastal area and in meeting the local needs, the educational resources shortage in senior high school period in Yuxi is obvious: the supply and demand gap is wide. In developing and popularizing senior high school education in Yuxi, we need to adopt new ideas to make feasible policies to break the bottleneck in Yuxi’s senior high school education.
