摘 要:师范生专业情意是指师范生个体对自己将要从事的教育教学工作的情感和意愿,属于个体自我概念系统中身份识别的理性组成部分,是师范教育的重要内容和前提性基础。研究发现,在校师范生对自身的师范身份缺乏明晰的自我意识,对教职工作的忠诚程度也较为欠缺,难以将对专业发展的理性准备具体化为当下的专业学习。因此,对师范生专业情意的培养应当成为师范教育工作的逻辑起点。Normal school students professional feelings and willingness are their feelings and willingness about becoming and being a teacher,which,as a rational part of the students' self identity system,is the prerequisite and an important content of teacher's education.The investigation found on-campus normal school students did not have a clear self-awareness of being a normal school student and they showed no sufficient commitment to being a future teacher as a career,which failed to motivate the present learning.Therefore,feelings and willingness education is now the logical start point in teacher 's education.
