摘　　要：认识实习是化学专业教学计划中一个重要的实践性教学环节。本文结合我校近几年来认识实习的具体情况,针对以往认识实习过程中存在的不足,按照高素质创新型人才培养目标的要求,在全体动员,做好实习准备工作、实习基地建设、实习教学方法与教学手段等方面做了相应的探讨。Observation and learning in chemical industries are very important links in teaching and practice for the teaching plan on Chemical professional training.Some discussions have been done in corresponding aspects for all members to be mobilized in order better to do preparation,construct practice bases,and carry out teaching methods and means,in observation and learning in chemical industries,combining actual circumstances of ours unversities a few years later,facing with some insuffisients-existing in the past process of observation and learning in chemical industries,and according with the requirments of high qualities innovating talents-fostering.
