双语词典编译中的翻译策略

摘　　要：列举了八本英汉词典对专有名词的译义,并依据归化、异化翻译策略与双语词典编纂的功能、宗旨等理论,对双语词典编译中译者所采用的翻译策略进行尝试性探讨。By citing translated definitions of proper nouns from eight chosen English-Chinese dictionaries,this paper,based on the theories of translation strategies,domesticating translation and foreignizing translation,and functions and purposes of bilingual dictionary compilation,makes an attempt to probe into translation strategies applied to bilingual dictionary translation.
