摘 要:作者比较了5%的魔芋精粉,果胶,褐藻胶和琼脂抗脂肝作用。结果表明,魔芋精粉组全肝组织总胆固醇,游离胆固醇及甘油三酯显著低于高脂组,还低于其余3个实验组。组织病理学检查和形态计量分析显示,魔芋精粉和褐藻胶具有抗脂肝作用,以前者效果较显著。The hypolipidaemic and an-tisteatotic effects of the Konnyaku Powder(KP) have been reported before. In orderto evaluate further the antisteatotic roleplayed by KP, the effects of KP on thelevels of liver lipid and on the hepatic his-topathology and morphometry in compari-son with those of pectin, algin and agarwere studied. Sixty Wistar strain rats weredivided into 6 groups:a normal diet group,a high cholesterol diet group(HC), and4 test groups, in which the animals werefed on a diet similar to that of the highcholesterol diet group with addition of KP,pectin, algin or agar at a dosage of 5%,respectively. All the animals were killed atthe end of the diet treatment for 9 weeks.The results showed that relative liverweights were lower in four experimentalgroups than in the HC group. The levels oftotal and free cholesterol, and triglyceridein the liver were lower in KP group thanin HC group and in the other three experi-mental groups. Hepatic histopathologyand morphometric examination indicatedthat antisteatotic effects of KP appeared tobe much more significant than those ofthe other fibers.
