摘　　要：文学翻译中译者发挥自己的主观能动性,在充分忠实于原文内容的基础上对原文形式上进行创造性叛逆的翻译,体现了译者在翻译过程中应发挥主体性的原则。接受环境是译者在翻译原文文本时所处的一个客观环境,对译者以及译文都不可避免地会产生影响。译者的译文不可避免地会留下接受环境的烙印,这也是接受环境在翻译时发挥主体性的结果。因此文学翻译中出现的创造性叛逆是译者和接受环境两者发挥主体性的结果。The translators play their own initiative in literary translation, based on fully faithful to the original content of the original form of creative treason in translation, the translator should play the main principles in the process of translation. The accept environment is an objective environment of the translator in translation of the original text, will inevitably influence on the translator and the translation. The translator will leave the brand of the accept environment, which is the results of the receiving environment subjectivity in the translation. The creative treason in literary translation is the translator and the receiving environment both subjectivity results.
