建立我国高等职业教育学位制度的探讨

摘　　要：构建高等职业教育学位体系是提升我国高等职业院校社会地位、培养技术技能型专门人才、促进高等教育健康持续发展的必然要求,也是国际学位制度改革与发展的共同趋势。我国应加快建立专科教育层次的副学士学位制度,逐步推动高等职业教育上移至本科和硕士研究生教育层次,建立高等职业院校与普通高校间的学位沟通与衔接机制,搭建基于大学生志趣、适应经济社会发展需求的高级专门人才成长"立交桥"。Establishing the higher vocational education degree system is the precondition for improving the status of China's higher vocational colleges,cultivating skilled talents,and promoting the sustainable development of higher education,which is also the common trend of the academic degree system reform and development in the world.Thus,China should establish the college-level associate degree system,accelerate higher vocational education moving to undergraduate and postgraduate education progressively,make the good communication and cohesion mechanism of academic degree between higher vocational colleges and universities,and set up the overpass of cultivating advanced professional talents for fitting the ambition of undergraduates and adapting to China's economic and social development.
