摘　　要：教师和学生都是教学活动的主体 ,称为“双主体”。教学活动是双主体活动 ,教学过程是双主体互动过程 ,双主体互动决定教学质量。教学质量由教的质量和学的质量来决定 ,学生作为教学活动的主体之一对教学质量的决定作用 ,要充分发挥学生学习的主动性。This article points out that teachers and students are both the main parties of teaching activities, which are named dual parties. Teaching activities involve in dual parties' participation, and teaching process is the process of the dual parties' mutual participation determines teaching quality. This essay points out that teaching quality is determined by the quality of both teaching and learning, and the emphasizing the decisive functions of the dual parties of the teaching activities. It is necessary to develop the students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity.
