摘 要:学分制的实质是实现个体自主学习,尊重个性差异,贯彻因材施教原则,是高等教育扩大招生规模后的必然选择。通过对学分制条件下涉及学校的课程设置、教师队伍和学生教育管理方式的改革调整,采取积极措施,拓宽专业口径,强化师资队伍建设,构建适应学分制要求的新的教育管理模式。使走向大众化的高等教育管理制度充分适应众多求学者的需要,使学生间的差异能得到"包容",以促进学生的全面发展。The introduction of the credit system into the higher education as a flexible teaching management system is an inevitable choice for the enlarging institutions.As higher education changes its focus from 'elite education' to 'mass education',the education management systems have to cater to the needs of most students so that the differences among the students could be tolerated and the students can fully develop themselves.The credit system includes the planning of courses,the readjustment of education and management patterns,and the construction of the contingent of teachers.Both the Ministry of Education and institutions of higher education should take active measures to study the new problems,to train composite teachers and to establish new education management patterns to meet the requirement of the credit system.
