摘 要:改革开放20多年来,我国的营销人才培养工作取得了显著成绩,但也存在一些不足:数量上的不足;素质上的滞后;课程结构的不合理,课程缺乏先进性、前瞻性;理论与实践相脱节等。鉴于此,应调整教学计划,创新教学方法,强化实践教学,以培养新型的市场营销专业人才。HR is the first resource. It has been over 20 years since the reform and opening. There are some notable achievements in our cultivation of marketing HR, weakness also included: numbercial shortage, quality lagging, course structure being irrational, shortage of advance and foreseeing in course; apartment of theory and practice. In view of these, we should adjust the teaching plan, reform the teaching methods and strengthen the practical teaching to cultivate the special marketing HR of new pattern.
