摘　　要：分析了当前高校学术活动中存在的道德失范问题、产生的根源以及与高校学术评价体系的关系 ,提出通过构建一个包括学术规范、学术评价指标和学术批评机制的学术评价体系来加强高校学术道德建设。This paper gives an analysis of academic morality, the causes of academic dishonesty in colleges and universities, and its influence on the system of academic appraisal. Also the writer works out a solution to this problem i.e. to construct a system of academic appraisal which includes academic standard, appraisal target and academic critic mechanism.
