摘　　要：料口处的热质交换是造成螺旋吹风式速冻机能耗大的主要原因之一,本文分析了螺旋吹风式速冻装置料口跑冷的原因和机理,提出了估算跑冷量的计算方法,并进行了实验研究和分析。The mess and heat transfer at the entrance and exit is one of the main causes of the energy loss of the spiral quick-freezing installation. With theoretical and experimental research, a technological analysis is presented in the paper, and a calculation of the energy loss is given.
