摘　　要：运用构建主义教育观、结合当前大学英语教学实际,提出大学英语自主-合作三段教学模式,分析自主与合作,课内与课外的相互关系及其该模式对教师与学生提出的新要求。学习应该以学生自主学习为主,学生应该是信息加工的主体和知识意义的主动建构者。教学应以学生为中心,发挥学生的自主学习潜能,通过课内、课外师生间及生生间的合作,提高学生语言综合应用能力。The paper systematically analyses the situation in College English Teaching from the constructivism concept, putting forward three-stage of autonomy-cooperation pattern in college English teaching and analyzing the relationship between autonomy and cooperation learning, in and after classroom learning. It studies the new demands the new pattern brings about to teachers and students. And the authors think study should be the students' own autonomy study. Students should become the main body of the information processing, and the auto constructor of the knowledge, teachers should encourage the students to fully use their own potentials and help enhance their overall language techniques.
