美国基础教育课程改革述评

摘　　要：围绕着提高基础教育质量这一主题 ,美国采取了制定新课程标准和建立严格的评价体系等改革措施。美国基础教育课程改革的核心是课程标准的制定和推广。新课程标准的价值取向是“以学生发展为本” ,新课程标准的特点是“基于标准的教育运动”。Aiming at improving basic education level in America, educational reforms were taken like establishing standard and strict valuation system for the new course, whose valuation was centered on students' overall progress with the characteristic of standard based education movement.
