摘　　要：对几种分析番茄红素的方法是否适合番茄红素油树脂中的番茄红素的分析一一进行了探讨,最终得出结论:高效液相色谱法是目前分析番茄红素油树脂中的番茄红素的最佳分析方法。Lycopene is a kind of carotenoids with multi-biological functions. The article studied on some of lycopene determination method and discussed these method whether or not fit on analyze lycopene of resin. Finally found out a conclusion: The method of HPLC is the most one for lycopene determination in lycopenen of resin.
