摘  要:从供求关系上讲,学校教育既有外部顾客,也有内部顾客。外部顾客包括学生、家长、政 府、用人单位和高一级学校等。其中,学生和家长是学校教育最重要的外部顾客。对于学校教育来讲,使 用顾客概念和方法,不仅是可行的,而且是有效的,有利于学校及其员工增强服务意识,有利于落实学生 的主体地位,同时也为学校处理内外关系提供了新方法,即顾客链的方法。From the view of supply-demand relationship, schooling has both exterior and interior customers. The former are complicated with multilevels, which include students,parents,government, employing companies,higher-level schools and so on. Therein,students and parents are the most important exterior customers of schooling. It is not only feasible but also effective to apply the concept of customer in schooling, which leads school and its staff to raise their consciousness of services, and is propitious to identify students’status as masters at school.At the same time,it provides a new method for schools to manage their exterior and interior relationships,named as the method of customers chain.
