摘 要:全纳教育提倡教育容纳一切学生,在尊重每个学生个体差异的基础上满足他们各自身心发展的不同教育需求。在呼唤教育民主,提倡素质教育和关注我国农村教育发展的今天,全纳教育的理念值得广大教育工作者学习借鉴。本文基于宏观到微观三个层次的教育管理系统探究如何更好地在教育管理和教育活动中贯彻和体现全纳教育所反映的教育理念,使我们的教育惠及每一个儿童,并引领我们的农村教育走上均衡、良性的发展道路。Inclusive education advocates meeting each student's needs as for body and mind with individual difference respected. Now in China, since the education democracy and quality education become the focus of attention and the rural education development is strongly advocated, the concepts of inclusive education are worth exploring deeply. This article digs into how to use and carry out the concepts of inclusive education properly in the perfor mance of education administration and education activities with regard to the three-level education administration system, which results in good education situation that each student could get benefit from and the rural education will develop all-rounded in a positive way.
