摘  要:以 M RS 为培养基,模拟胃肠环境对嗜酸乳酸菌对 pH 、胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胆汁盐的敏感性进行了研究。结果表明:在 pH 1.60-5.00、温度 37 ℃,胃蛋白酶 0.592ug/m L-1.482μg/m L 条件下,活菌数能达到 108cfu/m L 以上。在 M R S 培养基自然 pH 条件下,胰蛋白酶活力在 14.24u/g-72.32u/g 范围内,胆汁盐0.2% 的情况下,活菌数能达到 107cfu/m L 以上。证明了嗜酸乳酸菌能顺利通过胃肠环境,促进人体健康。Using MRS medium, the sensitiveness of Lactobacillus acidophilus Ind-1 on pepsin,trypsin, bile salt and pH was studied. The results showed that the Lactobacillus acidophilus Ind-1 could grow well when pH was between 1.60~5.00, temperature was at 37℃, and the concentration of pepsin was between 0.592μg/mL and 1.482μg/mL. The density of cells at the logarithm phase was above 108cfu/mL. And the Lactobacillus acidophilus Ind-1 also could grow well at the natural pH, 37℃ temperature, the activity of trypsin between 14.24u/g and 72.32u/g and the 0.2% bile salt of the medium: the density of cells at the logarithm phase was above 107cfu/mL. It was proved that Lactobacillus acidophilus Ind-1 can go through the gastrointestinal environment, and it can help people become healthier.
