发展农村女性成人教育存在的问题及对策探析

摘　　要：发展农村女性成人教育，提高农村女性乃至农村居民的全面素质，是我国全面建设小康社会、实现社会现代化的关键所在。农村女性成人教育面临着文化素质低、家务劳动负担重、学习欲望、学习能力弱、受教育阻力大等诸多特殊性，如何针对其特殊性，采取各种措施，有重点、分步骤地开展农村女性成人教育，加大扫盲力度，着力推展农业实用技术，提升农村女性全面素质教育，是农村成人教育的重点。Developing rural female adult education and advanc in g the quality of rural women and all the rural residents are the key steps for r ealizing a moderized society and establishing a well-off society.There are m any special problems that rural women are faced with such as the poor literal qu ality,the heavy load of housework,the motivation to study,the poor learni ng ability and the huge obstacle of getting educated.It is an important job to deal with these special problems above by all kinds of methods for developing ru ral adult education.In addition,to develop rural female adult education step by step,to make great efforts to eliminate illiteracy,to commercialize the agricult ural laboratory achievements,and to speed the rural women's all-round education are also important.
