摘  要:本文考察了汉族儿童语言中方位词的使用情况,并从五个方面解释了儿童方位词习得序列形成的原因:1.儿童空间智慧的发展;2.方位词的语义理解难度;3.非语言策略;4.方位词的句法功能;5.语言输入频度。This article studies uses of words of locality in Chinese children' s language and hence obtains a general alignment of the development of words of locality, which shows an order as follows: types of li (里) and shang (上) > (meaning prior to) > types of wai (外) and xia (下) > types of qian (前) and hou (后) > types of zhong (中) and pang (旁) > types of zuo (左) and you (右). In each type, compound words of locality develop prior to mono-morpheme ones. The article explains causes of the formation of the developmental alignment of words of locality in children's language in the following five respects: 1. children's space intelligence development; 2. difficult degrees of semantic understanding; 3. non-linguistic strategies; 4. syntax functions of locality words; 5. frequency of language input.
