摘　　要：　利用Gauss和的定义,三角和估计,特征和估计及其解析方法,研究了DirichletL-函数的二次加权均值,并得到了其均值分布的一个渐近公式.The mean square value of Dirichlet L-functions with the weight of Gauss sum is studied by using the definition of Gauss sum, the estimations for character sum, estimations for trigonometric sum and the analytic methods, and its mean value formulas is obtained.
