摘　　要：根据建构主义理论的主要观点 ,论述实现外语教学新模式迫切需要加强学习者自主学习能力的培养 ,并结合教育部2004年1月颁发的《大学英语课程教学要求》Based on the main points in the Constructivist theory,the new patterns of foreign language teaching requires to strengthen the cultivation of learners'autonomy.Combined with the”Requirements for Teaching College English Course”promulgated by the Ministry of Education in January,2004,this paper discusses some of the ways to cultivate and improve learners'autonomy.
