摘　　要：分析了双乙酰、高级醇低生成量酿酒酵母的基因育种及其应用 。Gene improvement and it's application of analysising sacchromyces cerevisiae of lower producing diacetyl and higher-alcohol in this article will benefit the future research and development to engineering strain, and raise brewing technique level of beer.
