摘　　要：生物学实验教学,只有注重对学生创新能力,实验操作能力以及动手能力等的培养, 加大实验室建设,实验人员的培训,才能使学生毕业后更好地适应社会需求.As for biological experiment teaching, only through developing cultivation of ability and manipulative ability .etc. of the student innovation ability as well as strengthening laboratory construction, the training of experiment personnel, could make students adapt to the social demand better after graduating.
