摘　　要：近年来 ,湖南省高等教育已经步入了大众化阶段 ,而高等职业教育的飞速发展成为湖南高等教育发展的主要增长点。师资队伍建设的成功与否 ,直接关系到高等职业教育教学的质量。本文分析了湖南省近几年高职院校师资队伍建设方面的有关问题 。In recent years, Hunan higher education has stepped into the stage of popularization, however, the rapid development of higher vocational education has become the main increasing point of Hunan higher education development. The success of teaching staff construction will be in direct connect with the quality of higher vocational education. The paper analyses some problems relating to the teaching staff construction of Hunan higher vocational institutes in recent years. Furthermore, it proposes concept and advice to the problem of strengthening teaching staff construction of higher vocational institutes.
