摘　　要：本文分析了普通高校发展成人教育过程中在成人教育性质地位、发展动力、功能结构及教学模式等方面表现出来的失衡,并在此基础上提出应对措施和办法。This article analyses the imbalance which exists in the nature, position,motive force of the development,function, construction,and teaching model of adult education for colleges. Then it consequently puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the above.
