论土木工程专业三结合的育人体系

摘　　要：针对目前我国土木工程人才市场需求,提出了理论教学、实践教学与工程实践紧密结合的教育育人体系。阐述了在这种育人体系中,使理论教学、实践教学与工程实践有机结合的措施。这不仅提高了教学质量,同时也提高了土木工程专业学生的工程实践能力,使学生毕业后,能马上适应市场需要,迅速投入到实际工程去,满足市场对人才的需求,培养高素质的土木工程专业人才。Aiming at the current need of civil engineering talents in our country,the educational system is put forward,in which theoretial teaching and practical teaching are closely connected with engineering practice.The measures that achieved the connection are illustrated,which not only improved the quality of teaching,but also enhanced the practical ability of the civil engineering majors,who can immediately meet the needs of the market and quickly take part in the projects.In this way,can the system satisfy the requirement of the market for talents and cultivate high-qulified civil engineering specialists.
