摘　　要：数学素质教育是素质教育中不可或缺的组成部分,而数学教师的自身素质的高低对数学素质教育能否顺利进行,起着决定性作用。本文论述了素质教育对数学教师教学素养提出的新要求。The quality - oriented education of mathematics is the in dispensable part in quality - oriented education, whether the height of mathemati cs teachers' own quality could go on to the quality - oriented education of mathe matics smoothly,plays a decisive role. Described the new demand that quality - one nted education puts forward to teacher' s teaching accomplishment of mathematics in this text.
