摘　　要：二年制高职数控专业技能型紧缺人才的培养,应实施全新的人才培养方案和教学模式,突出高职教育以就业为导向、以能力为本位的特征,建立以实用知识和实践技能培养为主线的课程体系,实行学历教育与证书培训相结合,形成高技能人才的培养特色。For 2 years make the high professional duty ability type of numerical control to be in short supply the training of talent, should implement brand-new talent training scheme and teaching pattern , stress the high educational establishment with ability as the feature of standard with employment as lead with practical knowledge mainly with practice ability training the course system of line, carry out the training characteristic that forms high ability talent the educational and certificate training of educational background.
