摘　　要：在以学生为中心的课堂上,营造一个和谐、互动、活跃的课堂气氛是重要的条件。了解分组教学的特色、实践活动以及教师在此模式中扮演的角色,有利于教师更好地发挥引导者,组织者、解难者的作用,也有利于教师真正参与学生的学习过程,使学生成为自主学习者,获得最佳学习效果。In classrooms with students as the center, it is important to build a harmonious, interactive and active classroom atmosphere. Understanding the characteristics and practices of group teaching and teachers' role in this mode will enable teachers to guide, organize and answer questions better, and enable teachers to be really involved in the students' learning process to make students become voluntary learners and obtain best learning result.
