摘　　要：建设包装学科的教育体系包括充实教学内容、完善办学模式、培养高级人才和加强科学研究等四个方面。建设包装学科的课程体系则以“包装工艺学”课程教材为例,讨论了面向21世纪的课程教材的特点。Build education system of packaging subject contains four aspects:to substantiate the teaching content,to perfect the training modes,to develop the advanced talents and strengthen the scientific research. Build course system of packaging subject takes 'Packaging Technology'as an example to discuss the characteristics of course teaching material facing to the 21 th century.
