论声乐教学中学生主体人格的培养

摘  要:声乐教学要想打破常年形成的旧的教学模式,建构音乐教学新体系,必须解放思想,引进新的教学理念,大胆探索和创新,将学生主体人格的培养落实到教学过程中。在声乐教学中引入发展性教学理论,是培养学生主体人格的有效途径。An outstanding idea of higher education in the 21st century is people-centeredness,whose aim is to train students' subject personality from the aspect of their development in concrete educational teaching.The subject-development-oriented teaching is to promote all-round progress.It relies mainly on the students, tries to train their subject personality through guiding students in active study. It emphasizes that students' development is a course of producing oneself under the teacher's guide,and that they should try to change their study from the passive to active and inquiring.It is an effective approach to cultivating students' subject personality that the subject-development oriented teaching theory is applied to the vocal music teaching.
