金针菇FV_（8812）发酵菌株的优选

摘　　要：从国内外收集金针菇菌株２５株，通过摇瓶筛选获得优选株，经菌体生长曲线测定及菌体营养成分分析，结果说明ＦＶ８８１２菌株是具有工业化发酵生产价值的高产优质菌株，有待开发利用。strains of Flammulina velutipes were collected extensively at home and abroad.Some superior selected strains for deep fermentation were obtained by shake flask culture selection.Meanwhile,the growth curves of mycelia were established, and the nutrients in mycelia were analysed.We consider that the strain FV8812 is a superior strain with good quality and high output and so highly valuable for industrialized deep fermentation production.It should be further developed and utilized.
