摘  要:随摄入锌水平增加,毛、肾和胫骨中锌含量显著增加,毛、肝、睾丸和胫骨中铁含量显著减少,肝、肾中铜含量显著减少,毛中铜含量增加,铁的吸收与存留率相应减少,但无统计学意义。机体锦缺乏时.毛铁为评价机体铁营养状况较好的指标,而毛铜则很难反映机体铜的营养状况。The result showed that with the increasing zinc intake level, the zinc contents in hair, kidney and tibia were incrensed signincantly; iron contents in halt, liver, testes and tibias were decreased signficantly; copper contents in liver and kidney were decreased significantly,i. e.,copper contents in hair were increased significantly. Iron absorption and retention ratio were decreased, but they had no statistic meaning. Considering with the studies before, we thought that iron contents determination in hair was a good index of diagnosis iron nutritions status when the rats short of protein and zinc. But copper contents in hair wasn't so.
