摘　　要：研究了HPLC-RID法分析油脂中甘油二酯的含量,采用Nova-Pak(R)3.9 mm×150 mm硅胶柱,流动相为正已烷/异丙醇(50:1,V/V),12 min即可完成一个分析.应用外标法定量,该分析方法在1.0～10.0 mg/mL的浓度范围内线性良好,RSD为1.27%,平均回收率为101.9%.The diglyceride content analysis was studied by HPLC-RID. In this study, Nova-Pak 3.9mm × 150 mm silica gel column was adopted, the mobile phase was hexane and isopropanol（50： 1, V/V）. It took 12 min for one sample analysis. Quantitative determination was carried out by using external reference method. The results of 1.0～10.0 mg/mL samples fit linear relationship very well. The RSD of the results was 1.27%. The average recovery rate was 101.9%.
