摘 要:目的 提高中医本科护理实习生的临床教学质量.方法 62名中医护理本科实习生随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用新的教学模式,即实行分层次教学方式并优化教学内容,测评两组护生的实习效果,并对临床教学质量进行评价.结果 实验组护生的临床综合能力测评成绩、中西医理论知识及技能考核成绩及对临床教学质量满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05或者P<0.01).结论 对中医本科护理实习生实施新的教学模式,有利于提高临床教学质量.Objective To improve teaching quality of clinical course of Traditional Chinese Medicine for undergraduate nursing trainee. Method 62 nursing undergraduate trainees were divided into the control group and the experimental group at random. The traditional teaching method was adopted in the matched control group, and a new teaching method in the experimental group. Students in the experimental group were taught according to their real level and new plan. Result The students in the experimental group got higher scores and had more clinical comprehensive ability, Traditional Chinese medicine knowledge and skill and higher satisfactory degree to the teaching quality significantly. Conclusion The new teaching method was effective on improving the teaching quality of the clinical course of Traditional chinese Medicine for nursing students.
