摘  要:研究了泸州老窖老窖池的窖泥特性。结果表明:1、窖泥中的各种成分与原建窖土壤和封窖泥均有较大差异,其中的N、P、K及有机质含量均远高于原建窖土壤。2、同一类型窖池不同层次的窖泥成分含量差异较大。窖底泥的有机质、全P、全N、水解性N含量及Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca和pH均明显高于窖壁泥;窖壁上层的pH值和有机质含量和Fe、Mn、Mg、Ca均高于窖壁下层。3、锰、锌、钙、铜含量有随窖龄增加而增加的趋势。5、已连续使用430年的国宝窖池同其它窖龄池的特性有明显差异。其中全窖平均锰含量分别比100a、40a和20a窖泥高7.5%、63.2%、48.5%;锌含量分别高112%、37%和170%;钙含量分别高47.8%、39.4%和33.9%。The characteristics of aged cellar mud was studied. The results show that (1) The chemical component content in collar mud is much different compare with that in its original soil and its cover cellar mud. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter in the cellar mud is much higher than that in its original soil,but the PH value is lower than that. (2)There is great difference in chemical conponent content of cellar mud between different cellar layers. The content of organic matter, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, hydrolyze nitrogen , Fe, Zn, Mg, Ca and PH value in the cellar bottom mud is much higher than that in the cellar wall mud , The PH value, organic matter content and Fe,Mn,Mg, Ca in the uper cellar wall mud is higher than that in the lower cellar wall mud. (3) The content of Mn, Zn, Ca and Cu in the cellar mud is increasing trend with the ages. (4)The characteristics of the national treasure cellar which has been used for more than 430 years is much different compare with other cellars. The content of Mn is 7.5% ,63.2% ,48.5% higher respectively compare with that in the cellar mud with the ages of 100,40 and 20 respectively, the content of Zn is 112% ,37%and 170% higher respectively, the content of Ca is 47.8% ,39.4% and 33.9% higher respectively.
