摘　　要：本文从系统论、心理学和行为科学的角度阐述了非智力因素在教学中的作用；非智力因素与智力因素的相互作用机制；智力因素和非智力因素对行为的作用以及它们对中职理科教学的启示，说明开发学生的非智力因素，正是教学法研究的一个重要课题。From the angle of systematization, psychology and behavioral science this paper elaborates the effect of non-intelligence factors in secondary school teaching and the interaction mechanism of non-intelligence factors and intelligence factors.The action of intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors on behavior, as well as the inspirations from the effect of non-intelligence factors in science lessons of secondary schools suggests that developing learners＇non-intelligence factors is just an important subject in the researches of teaching methobs.
