摘　　要：将职业证书直接引入第一课堂,强化学生的实践技能;以就业为导向,完善教学计划;建立激励机制,奖优惩劣,鼓励教师多承担教学和科研任务;结合本系总体工作目标和教师队伍特点,制定合理的薪酬制度。本文从我院计算机系近几年教学管理实践出发,对计算机高职教育改革进行了初步探索和有益尝试。This article tells about how the Computer Department has been initiatively and successfully doing in the reform of higher vocational education in recent years with the actual practice in administration： introducing professional certificates into class teaching so as to strengthen students＇ practical skills, improving career-oriented teaching plans, establishing an effective incentive mechanism to reward the well-performed teachers, setting up a more reasonable salary system on the basis of overall responsibilities and the final goal of the department and the characteristics of the teaching staff to encourage teachers to undertake more teaching and research tasks.
