摘  要:网络技术的发展给英语学习带来了极大的便利,但网络环境下学习者如不会学习,就可能会在众多的信息面前感到扑朔迷离,不知所措。网络学习是一种高度自主的个性化学习,要求学习者必须具备极强的自我学习和自我监控能力,即元认知能力。因此,网络环境下英语学习者应从形成元认知意识、丰富元认知知识和内化元认知体验三方面入手培养元认知能力,以提高学习效率。The development of internet technology has made us learn English with great facility, but an incapable learner will be at a loss in the sea of information. As online learning is a kind of autonomous personalized learning, which demands great ability of autonomous learning and self- disciplining, namely metacogitive ability, English learners should train their metacogitive ability by arousing their metacogitive awareness, enriching their metacogitive knowledge and digesting their metacogitive experience so as to raise their learning efficiency.
