摘　　要：针对目前中药专业毕业生实践动手能力有所下降的趋势,安徽中医学院修订中药专业实践教学计划,增加课程见习和社会实践等实践教学内容,改革毕业实习模式,加强对毕业实习的管理。通过一系列举措,毕业生的实践动手能力有所提高,取得了一定的成效。Considering the trend of practicle ability of undergraduates majored in TCM becoming weak, our deparment reforms the mode of practice through the modification of the teaching plan management and sets more practice class with social experience, meanwhile we strengthens the development of graduate practice management methods. By the work above, the practice ability of graduates has been improved strikingly.
