摘  要:在当今社会重视并提倡健康饮食习惯的趋势下,MALTISORB结晶麦芽糖醇在健康食品的发展中起着日益重要的作用。Nowadays, under the circumstances that society pays more attention to and recimmends on healthy eating habit, the MALTISORB plays an increasingly important role in the development of the healthy food. As the outstanding sucrose substitute; crystal maltitol of MALTISORB has offered the perfect solution for a series of food production. Application in non-sugar biscuit, Vienna bread and nutritive value of the roast food producted using maltitol were introduced in the article.
