摘  要:通过水、酸、碱三种浸提法从茶树菇子实体提取粗多糖,分别腹腔注射(200mg/kg)免疫小鼠,观察三种提取物对小鼠免疫器官重量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果显示:碱提法多糖得率最高(1.45%)。三种多糖提取物免疫组小鼠的脾指数、吞噬百分率均显著高于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01),吞噬指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但其胸腺指数却显著低于对照组(P<0.01)To study the effects of polysaccharide of Chaxingu on immunological function of normal mouse, three kinds of extraction were obtained by extracting polysaccharide from Agrocybe chaasgu basidiocarp with acid, alkali and water methods. The extraction was then injected into the abdominal cavity of mouse. The results showed that the extracting rate of polysaccharide by alkah method is the most (1.45 % ). All the three kind of polysaccharide extraction had a remarkable promotion on macrophage (MФ) phagocytosis of mouse, and an obvious increasing on the weight of spleen, while an decreasing on the weight of thymus (P 〈 0.01 ).
