摘　　要：“教学内容”不同于静态的“课程内容”和“教材”(内容);数学教学内容,不仅涉及到“数学”学科,而且有学生和教师,即人的介入,还离不了教学情境.“数学教学内容”是一个动态的、开放的系统,由“数学”内容(本体性内容)、“学习”内容(条件性内容)、“经验”内容(实践性内容)3个方面组成.“Content of teaching” was different from static “content of courses” and “content of teaching material”. Content of mathematic teaching not only concerned the subject of “mathematics”, but also involved the participation of people -- students and teachers. It also depended on the situation of teaching. Therefore, “content of mathematic teaching” was a dynamic and open system. It was formed by content of “mathematics”, content of learning and content of experience.
