摘  要:引入心理契约和粘滞知识的有关理论,基于心理契约和默会知识的粘滞性对默会知识进行分类,并分析各类默会知识的特征,提出对默会知识转化与共享管理对策,并依据默会知识的不同类型进行针对性管理.Transform and sharing of tacit knowledge, which may be closely related with psychological contract according to this research, is a difficult problem to be overcome in academe and applied area. At first, theory about psychological contract and sticky knowledge is introduced. The tacit knowledge is classified by the theory, and then its characters are analyzed in detail. Finally, the way to deal with management for transform and sharing of tacit knowledge is put forward, and management measures in accordance with different types are put into practice in the paper.
