摘　　要：本文证明了置换环上的正则稳定矩阵是幂等矩阵和可逆矩阵的积,进一步证明了置换环上的正则稳定矩阵可以对角化。Let R be an exchange ring. It is shown that every square regular stable matrix over R admits a diagonal reduction. For any stable matrices A,B ∈ Mn（R）, if AB and BA have Drazin inverse, we also prove that there exists U ∈ GLn（R） such that （AB）^d = U（BA）^dU-1.
